All content within Plate30 — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, photography, branding, the Plate30 name, and application code — is the intellectual property of Legacy Art LLC and is protected by copyright and applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any portion of this content without express written permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or paywalls
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
- Impersonate Plate30 or Legacy Art LLC in any context

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of restaurant information, hours, prices, or availability. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting.
