- Purchase information — when you buy access to Plate30, our payment processor (Gumroad) handles your payment details. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not store your card number or billing details.
- Device storage — saved restaurants, language preference, and app settings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device.
- Usage data — we may collect anonymous, aggregated data (e.g., which tabs are visited most) to improve the Service. This data is not linked to any individual.
3. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. We do not require an account to use Plate30. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
Plate30 may link to third-party services (Google Maps, Uber, OpenTable, WhatsApp). Once you leave the Plate30 app, their respective privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their data practices.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your preferences (saved spots, dark mode, language). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
6. Data Retention
Because we store preferences only on your device, you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser or app data. We do not retain personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to confirm your purchase.

Plate30 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
